Current Our Lady of Grace Opportunities:
AFTER SCHOOL CARE TEACHER ASSISTANT
Position to begin August 2024
Terms: About 10 hours/week (runs through school year into summer months)
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is looking for energetic, responsible adults to monitor and assist children in After School Care in an inclusive Catholic environment. Responsibilities include assisting lead teacher with engaging and fun recreational activities, assisting with homework and reading, monitoring students, and maintaining records. An excellent and positive rapport with students, teachers, and parents is a must. Experience in a similar setting is a plus. Hours will fall between 2:30-6:00 pm every school day, with the occasional 11:30am-6:00pm shift and unless scheduled otherwise. Candidates must have a successful history of working with children. Candidates must provide a resume, cover letter, and at least one reference from a job or volunteer position in supervising or monitoring children, babysitting, tutoring, or coaching. Candidates must be willing to submit to a criminal background check for employment. College diploma is not required.
