Welcome to STREAM! Introduced in the 2019 school year, our STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art & Mechanics) class is a hands-on opportunity for students in kindergarten through 8th grade to get creative, solution-building through projects focused on creativity and experimentation.

 

Director of Professional Development for NCEA (National Catholic Educational Association) Pam Bernards explains, “STREAM provides an excellent opportunity for arch dioceses and schools to provide a challenging, transdisciplinary learning environment focused on the integration of STREAM content areas through the lens of the Catholic faith, and also builds 21st Century competencies needed for success in school and future careers. It demonstrates how faith, individual academic discipline, and life itself work together.”
