The Piedmont Elementary Catholic School Athletic Association (PECSAA) is the facilitating body of our Catholic league. It provides an opportunity for our teams to compete with other area Catholic schools. Tournaments are held throughout the year in several sports, including volleyball, basketball, and soccer. Come cheer on the Panthers!

- Immaculate Heart of Mary Eagles (IHM) in High Point
- Sacred Heart Dolphins (SHS) in Salisbury
- Our Lady of Mercy Mustangs (OLM) in Winston-Salem
- St. Leo Lions (SLS) in Winston-Salem
